Age 13 to 16 is a crucial phase where children begin focusing on strength and power development.
Due to hormonal changes, their physical capabilities increase, improving their ability to perform in the game.
To ensure proper development:
- The coach’s curriculum should be followed
- A proper diet chart must be maintained
- Focus should be on overall growth and consistency
Mental and Cognitive Development
Cricket requires strong mental engagement and quick decision-making, helping players sharpen their cognitive abilities.
