Coaching Junior Program (9yr to 12yr)
Growth Stage (9–12 years)
Age 9 to 12 is a stage where children focus on fundamental techniques and basics of the game.
During this phase:
- Cardio, muscular strength, and agility begin to improve
- Children start thinking more about the game
- Focus and concentration levels increase
The training emphasis is on:
- Technical development
- Physical development
- Mental development
Mental and Cognitive Development (9–12 yr)
Cricket requires continuous mental engagement, helping children improve their cognitive abilities.

- Making quick decisions (field placement, shot selection, bowling strategy)

Cricket acts as a full-body workout, improving fitness and motor skills.
