Run your venue from Claude, ChatGPT or any AI agent.
You will create your own MCP servers in Venue Manager. Pick the tools each one exposes, copy its URL into any MCP-compatible AI app, and sign in to approve. Every action follows the signed-in person's role and your plan.
From a new MCP URL to your first answer, in four steps.

Give each team only what it needs. Each server has its own private URL, tools and connected apps.

Your AI app only gets what you approve.
Connecting uses a standard OAuth sign-in. The person approving sees the organisation, the server and its tools. The AI app then acts as that person, limited by their role, the server's tools and your plan.

MCP is the open standard AI apps use to connect to tools. If your app can add a custom MCP connector, it can use Venue Manager.

A server's tools for a product work only while that product is on Professional or above. On a downgrade those tools pause and the server keeps working for your other products; they come back when you upgrade.
MCP, answered.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI apps use tools from other services. Venue Manager provides those tools for your venue.
How many MCP servers can we create?
As many as your teams need. Each one has its own URL, tools and connected apps.
Can someone guess our MCP URL?
No. Every URL ends in a long random token with no organisation or server name in it, and anyone using it must still sign in and be approved. You can regenerate a URL at any time.
Can the AI change our data?
Only through write tools you add to a server, and only as far as the signed-in person's role allows. Keep a server read-only if you prefer.
How do we disconnect an app?
Revoke it from the server's Connected apps list, or pause the whole server. Access stops straight away.
Is there an assistant inside Venue Manager too?
Yes. Venba opens from the top right of every page on Premium and Enterprise plans and uses the same tools on the page you are on.
Do we need the developer API too?
No. MCP servers work on their own. Both live in Org settings and follow the same plans.
