1. Overview
Every paid Venue Manager plan starts with a free trial of 15 days, or the number of days stated on the plan. You get the full plan, not a reduced version, so you can set up your spaces, classes and payments before you decide.
2. Who can start a trial
- A trial is available once for each product (for example Slots, Classes, WhatsApp support or Sales campaigns) for each organisation.
- Starting a trial of one product does not use up the trial of another.
- Venue Manager does not have a permanent free plan. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to continue.
3. What the trial includes
Everything in the plan you choose, including its capacity limits (spaces, fields, students or members) and bundled features.
4. Extending your trial
You can extend the trial by 15 more days yourself from inside the app. This can be done once for a product. Any further extension is at the discretion of Sporfy.
5. Billing during the trial
Nothing is payable during the trial. Your account shows the plan at its list price with a matching 100% trial discount, so the amount due is zero. Applicable taxes, such as GST or VAT, are charged on paid periods as shown on your invoice, in your currency.
6. When the trial ends
To continue, activate a paid plan from your account before the trial ends. If you do not, your access to the plan's features is switched off.
Your data is kept for a reasonable period so you can come back and pick up where you left off, and is then deleted or anonymised, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
7. Cancelling
You can stop using Venue Manager at any time during the trial at no charge. To have your organisation's data deleted, write to us through the contact form or the details below from the email address on your account.
