Launch your venue's website in minutes with an agent

How Venba, our AI agent, turns your Venue Manager data into a published website, and how you keep improving it just by asking in plain words.

Most venue owners know they need a better website. Few have the time to build one. A web agency is slow and costly. A page builder still needs someone to drag boxes around every week. And either way, the site usually ends up as a brochure that sends people to a phone number.

Venue Manager takes a different route. Your website is built and run by Venba, our AI agent. Venba reads the venues, courts, classes, plans and photos you already keep in Venue Manager, and builds a full site from them. Booking, enrolment, memberships and checkout work from the start. After that, you change the site by asking for what you want.

This guide walks through how it works, what to prepare, and how to get the most from it.

1. What Venba actually does

Venba is not a page builder. It is an agent that writes your site's code. When you ask for something, it works through the same steps every time:

  1. It reads your request. You can type it, or attach a screenshot to show what you mean.
  2. It looks at your pages, your brand and your Venue Manager data, so it knows what already exists.
  3. It writes real code: sections, pages, layouts and styles.
  4. It builds the site and checks that the build passes. Nothing goes live until it does.
  5. It deploys the result to your domain straight away.

Because Venba changes the site itself, you are not limited to a fixed set of blocks. You can ask for a new page, a new section type, a custom layout or different fonts. Read more on the whitelabel website feature page.

2. Get your data ready first

Venba builds from your own data, so the better your data, the better your first version. Before you pick a template, spend a little time in Venue Manager:

  • Spaces and fields. Add each court, pitch, net or studio with a clear name and good photos.
  • Prices. Set your time bands and rates for bookings, so live availability and checkout show the right price.
  • Classes and batches. If you run an academy, add your programmes, batches and fee plans.
  • Memberships. Add the slot or lifestyle membership plans you want people to buy and renew online.
  • Payment gateway. Connect your own gateway, so every website checkout pays into your account.
Tip: photos matter more than words. A site built from real pictures of your courts and coaches looks like your venue, not a template.

Connecting a gateway takes a few steps: choose Stripe or PayPal worldwide, or PayU and Cashfree in India, paste your keys and set the webhook. The own payment gateway page explains each step.

3. Pick a template

There are 14 designs, made for sport. Each has six or seven pages and several colour schemes, and each works in light and dark. Some lead with bookings and live court availability. Others lead with coaching programmes, club memberships or many campuses under one pass.

Do not worry about getting the choice perfect. You can pick another template later inside Venue Manager, or ask Venba to restyle the one you have. Browse the gallery on the Websites page.

Websites are included with Slots and Classes plans from Professional, on a free subdomain with the Essentials template. The full template gallery comes with Premium, and some designs are a one-time purchase. A custom domain is an add-on. See pricing for the current plans.

4. Your first build

When you choose a template from the website gallery, you sign in or create your account, set up your organisation and start your free trial. Venba then builds your site on the template you picked, from the data you prepared.

Open the result and look at it the way a customer would. Can someone find a free slot and pay for it? Can a parent find the right batch and enrol? Is your address easy to find? Make a short list of what you want to change. That list becomes your first set of requests.

5. Change it by asking

This is where an agent beats a page builder. You do not learn an editor. You describe the change, and Venba makes it, checks the build and shows you the result. Some requests that work well:

  • "Make the hero darker and add our summer camp with a sign-up button."
  • "Add a page for our weekend football leagues."
  • "Switch the fonts to something sportier."
  • "Add a careers page for coaches."

Be specific. Name the page and the section. If you have a look in mind, attach a screenshot. Ask for one change at a time when you are starting out, so you can see what each request did.

You can choose the AI model for your site and switch at any time. Today that means Claude models, with more added as they launch. Each edit draws on your AI credits, so you decide what you spend. You can top up credits whenever you need.

6. Everyday changes do not need Venba

Not every change needs the agent. Content you change in Venue Manager, such as prices, courts, batches and plans, shows on the site at once, without a rebuild. Raise a rate, add a batch or close a court for repairs, and the website follows.

Keep Venba for changes to the site itself: new pages, new sections, layout and style. Keep Venue Manager for the facts of your business. That split keeps the site accurate without extra work.

7. Help people find you

A website only helps if people can find it. The site comes with SEO controls: titles, descriptions and sharing images for each page, and a sitemap. Write titles that say what you offer and where, in the words your customers search with.

If you run ads, connect your trackers. The site supports Meta Pixel with server-side events, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Clarity. Because checkout runs on the site, your ads can measure real bookings and purchases, not just clicks.

When you are ready, move from the free subdomain to your own domain with the custom domain add-on. Your address then matches your brand everywhere.

8. Make it yours

The site runs under your name. You can even rename Venba to match your brand. Checkouts pay into your own gateway. Emails can go from your own address and WhatsApp messages from your own business number. To customers, it is simply your venue's website.

Pair the website with the rest of the platform and it does real work. Bookings land on the same calendar your front desk uses. Enrolments arrive in your pending list. Membership sign-ups wait for your approval. The unified platform page shows how the pieces fit together.

9. Try it on your own data

The best test is your own venue. Every paid plan is free for 15 days with all of that plan's features, and you can extend the trial by 15 more days yourself from inside the app. Pick a template, let Venba build, and ask for three or four changes. You will know quickly whether it suits you.
